“Garden Dining at Its Finest: The Epicurean Experience”
The Epicurean is everything you want in a Queen Street escape
If you’ve ever strolled past The Epicurean on Queen Street and thought, “That place looks cute” — you’re right, but you haven’t even seen the best part.
Step through the bistro and into their garden patio, and you’ll find yourself in a tucked-away courtyard that feels like a secret slice of Tuscany. Shaded by greenery and dotted with cozy tables, it’s the kind of place where time slows down — whether you’re sipping a local rosé, sharing a charcuterie board, or just enjoying the breeze.
🌼 The vibe is casual elegance — laid back, welcoming, and never rushed. The staff go out of their way to make sure you feel cared for, whether you’re a first-timer or a weekly regular. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back, again and again.

🥗 As for the food? Always fresh. Always flavourful.
From crisp summer salads to hearty sandwiches and daily specials that never disappoint, the menu hits that sweet spot between gourmet and comfort.
Whether you’re fueling up for an afternoon of exploring or winding down with a late lunch, The Epicurean delivers charm, flavour, and a patio that’s pure magic.

🏁 Niagara 5000: Supercars Take Over Wine Country
August 7–9 | NOTL & Niagara Falls
This August, Niagara revs into the fast lane as the Niagara 5000 rolls into town — and it’s bringing a whole lot more than just horsepower.
From August 7 to 9, this three-day automotive and aviation showcase will feature some of the rarest supercars in the world, sleek private jets, and high-end experiences that blend luxury with community spirit. It’s part car show, part lifestyle event — with a heart for giving back.

Expect to see:
Supercar cruises winding through the vineyards of NOTL
Luxury jet displays at the Niagara District Airport
Test drive opportunities, car reveals, and high-end showcases
Evening parties, family zones, and curated vendor markets
And a dramatic lighting of Niagara Falls in Rolls-Royce purple
This isn’t just a show — it’s a celebration of motion, design, and the kind of glamour that turns heads. The event also supports McMaster Children’s Hospital, with fundraising woven into the weekend’s most exclusive experiences.
📍Events take place across Niagara-on-the-Lake and Niagara Falls, with much of the action centred around the Niagara District Airport. Whether you’re there to admire, network, test drive, or just daydream — this is one weekend that promises to leave a lasting impression.

🍑 Niagara Peach Festival Sweetens Queen Street
It’s true…
There’s no better way to celebrate summer than with a peach in one hand and a pie in the other. Thankfully, the Niagara Peach Festival is back from August 8 to 10, and it’s set to bring all the charm, flavour, and community spirit we’ve come to love.
Things kick off Friday in Simcoe Park, where you’ll find local vendors, treats, and live music throughout the day. But the real magic happens Saturday, when Queen Street transforms into a pedestrian-only peach paradise. Expect rows of market stalls packed with fresh Niagara peaches, homemade jams, baked goods, and all kinds of peach-infused treats.

Live music will fill the air from the Simcoe Park bandshell, affectionately known as the Peach Pit, and families can enjoy games and activities in the Peachy Keen Kids Zone. There’s even a friendly peach pie contest, so prepare for some sweet bragging rights.
For a bit of nostalgia, don’t miss the Antique Tractor Display — a nod to the roots of Niagara farming that helped put this fruit on the map.
Whether you come for the fruit, the fun, or just to soak in the atmosphere, the Peach Festival is a true local tradition — and one of the sweetest weekends of the year.
