Queenston Pottery is inviting the community to experience the magic of pottery firsthand this spring, with a series of interactive events that celebrate local artistry and craftsmanship. Whether you’re a seasoned ceramics fan or just pottery-curious, there’s something for everyone!

• 🎨 Visiting Artist Program (April 22 – May 27): Watch acclaimed Niagara ceramicists Rick and Cathy Cullis at work in the Queenston Pottery studio as they share their creative process.

• 🗓️ Meet the Artist Day – Saturday, April 26 from 1:00 – 4:00 PM: Drop in to chat with Rick and Cathy, explore their latest pieces, and learn what fuels their artistry.

🦁 Step Into Narnia at the Shaw Festival ❄️

This season, the Shaw Festival is opening the wardrobe to one of literature’s most magical worlds—The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Running from April 9 to October 4 at the Festival Theatre in Niagara-on-the-Lake, this enchanting production promises an unforgettable journey for all ages.

✨ What to Expect:

• 🌟 A fresh and captivating stage adaptation of C.S. Lewis’s beloved tale.

• 🧒 Follow the adventures of the Pevensie siblings—Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy—as they discover the world of Narnia.

• 🐾 Join the noble lion Aslan in a battle against the White Witch and her endless winter.

• 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Perfect for families and recommended for ages 8+, with a runtime of about 2 hours and 40 minutes (including intermission).
