Holiday Stuff
🦃 Thanksgiving in NOTL
Thanksgiving weekend has arrived — a time to slow down, gather, and enjoy the best of fall in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Whether it’s family dinners, last-minute pie runs, or a peaceful drive through the vineyards, the weekend always has a way of reminding us what makes this town feel like home.
And if you’d rather spend the day enjoying than cooking, Treadwell Cuisine has a delicious solution. Their Thanksgiving Heat & Serve Takeout Package includes roasted turkey, fingerling potatoes, and butternut squash soup — all made with fresh, local ingredients.
Orders are available for pickup October 7th–12th, priced at $65 per guest (minimum two guests). A simple way to enjoy a gourmet Thanksgiving dinner without the prep.

Food/Drinks
🍔 NOTL’s Top 5 Burgers
We’ve rounded up some of the best burgers across town — no particular order, but Grist is a personal favourite.
Grist Craft Kitchen & Brewery — Their featured burger is often our go-to, stacked with amazing and unique toppings that change with the season. Find them in St. Davids (78 Four Mile Creek Rd).
Caroline Cellars Farmhouse Café — Known for comfort food classics, their burger is stacked high and made from local beef straight from the family farm in Virgil (1010 Line 2 Rd).
Sandtrap Pub & Grill — A laid-back favourite among locals, best enjoyed with fries and a pint on the patio at 358 Mary St, Niagara-on-the-Lake.
The Irish Harp Pub — A juicy, hearty pub burger that hits the spot — especially with live music and a pint of Guinness at 245 King St, Old Town.
NOTL Bar & Restaurant — A newer spot on the block, but their burger lineup has quickly earned a place among the local heavyweights at 124 Queen St, Old Town.

🛞 Niagara Motors Winter Tire Sale
Winter is around the corner, and so are the best tire deals in Niagara. ❄️
This season, Niagara Motors is beating Costco’s infamous prices with tire pricing that’s better than ever. Every set includes installation, and our tire storage is the most affordable in the region — making this hands-down the best deal around.
Here’s what you get:
Installation included ✅
The most affordable storage in Niagara ✅
Prices lower than Costco ✅
Here are two Niagara Motors employees using AI to have a bit of fun while sharing the message behind this tire sale 👇
Winter tires aren’t just about driving through snow — they’re about staying safe when the temperature drops. The rubber compound in winter tires is specifically designed to stay soft and grippy in cold conditions, unlike all-season tires that harden and lose traction as the road freezes. That difference means better control, shorter stopping distances, and a safer drive all season long.
And if you’re buying a new vehicle, you can even roll tire costs into your financing — it works out to about the same as a Tims coffee a day ($1).
Call 905-468-2145 for more info or to book your set today — this deal won’t last long!

🎯 Emoji Trivia
Last week’s answer was The Royal George Theatre! 👉 👑 🎭 🏛️
Now for this week’s clue — can you guess the NOTL landmark?
🥾🏠🍫🇨🇦
Hint: A very famous Canadian lived here, and there’s a chocolate brand named after them.
We’ll reveal the answer in next week’s newsletter!

🇬🇷 Aegean Flavours Deli & Café
Tucked right in the heart of town at 242 Mary Street in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Aegean Flavours Deli & Café is one of the newest and most heartwarming additions to the local food scene. Step inside, and you’ll immediately feel the warmth — not just from the cozy space, but from the people behind it.

We had the chance to meet the owners, and they’re some of the kindest folks you’ll come across. Their passion for sharing a bit of Greek culture with the community is evident in every detail, from the friendly conversations to the care they put into everything they do. It’s the kind of place where you can stop in for a coffee and somehow end up staying a while just chatting.
If you’re wandering through town, make a point to stop by and say hi — maybe grab a Freddo Cappuccino while you’re at it. You’ll leave not only with a great drink in hand, but also that unmistakable feeling of having been genuinely welcomed.
